Melkus V6 two stroke

This very special Melkus RS1000 is uprated with a 1.3-litre two stroke V6 Müller-Andernach boat engine with three Solex twin carburettors. It has also been fitted with a custom hand-built Melkus exhaust. Now producing 110hp and 133lb-ft of torque, coupled to a five-speed manual gearbox with modified ratios. Weighing around 720kg, this RS1000 can reach a top speed of more than 200kmh. One of only 101 examples ever produced. Original the Melkus had a 1000cc three cylinder engine with 69hp and a topspeed of 165kmh.

CNC Suzuki RGB500 alloy crankcase

Here we have a piece of art made by Ton Spek, a CNC Suzuki RGB500 crankcase! First he made a 3D plastic model and after that a CNC alloy one. The original RGB500 crankcases are made of magnesium and are known for leaking and oxidation, so this is a perfect solution.
